geschaffen und schafft es sehr gut den Leser in ihre Geschichte hinein zu versetzen.
Die Geschichte handelt von einem Paar, welches mit Hilfe älterer Wesen Zeitreisen unternimmt. Innerhalb dieser Zeitreisen haben die beiden verschiedene Aufgaben zu erledigen.
Grund hierfür ist ein Spiel zweier Parteien. Hierbei verändert die eine Partei den Zeitstrom um ihre Ziele zu erreichen, während die andere Partei diesen wieder in Ordnung bringt.

Eine dieser Aufgaben ist es auch, die die beiden in das viktorianische London entführt. Hier müssen sie eine rätselhafte Aufgabe durchführen, deren Inhalt ihnen von ihrem Auftraggeber nicht verraten wird. Als dann plötzlich ihr Auftraggeber sie unvermittelt versucht wieder zurück in die eigene Zeit zu bringen, gerät alles aus den Fugen und die beiden sehen sich mit einer noch viel größeren Aufgabe befasst: Überleben!

Fazit

Ich halte das Buch als sehr empfehlenswert und freue mich das ich diesen Zufallskauf getätigt habe.
