Die Sängerin selber sagte mir bis jetzt auf dem ersten Blick erstmal nichts. Lediglich, das diese Tour eine Special-Tour war, auf der auch Theatre of Tradegy Songs gespielt wurden, hat mich dazu veranlasst bei einem Gewinnspiel der .RCN (Rock City News) mitzumachen. Dort habe ich dann auch gewonnen.
Leider waren auch sehr wenige Gäste bei dem Konzert, so das ich mir ausmalen kann, warum ich gewonnen habe.

Liv war früher die Sängerin von Theatre of Tradegy, welche sich 2010 nach Problemen aufgelöst haben.
Da mir der Musikstil von T.o.T. bekannt war, freut es mich, das ich die Chance bekommen habe ein paar der Lieder nochmal live hören zu können.
Insbesondere da der frühere T.o.T. Sänger Raymond mit bei der Partie war.

Auch ist Liv Sängerin von Leaves Eyes, welches sehr dem früheren Theatre of Tradegy Stil ähnelt. Dort singt sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann.

Der Auftritt Liv’s im Hirsch war natürlich dominiert von ihr auf der Bühne, da die teilweise düstere, aber auch rockigere Gitarrenmusik stark von ihrer klaren, hohen Stimme beherrscht wird. Gerade diese Gegensätze macht die Musik so interessant. Laut Liv’s eigener Ansage war sie vor Deutschland auf Tour in Russland und Polen. Dort hat sie vor volleren Hallen gespielt.

Vorband Anwyn

Als Vorband gab es Anwynn aus Belgien, welche stilistisch gesehen sehr gut zu dem Auftritt von Liv Kristine passen. Die Gruppe, die aus drei Männern und zwei Frauen besteht, hat ebenfalls gemeistert die dunkle growlige Männerstimme mit einer hellen Frauenstimme zu paaren.
Der Look der Gruppe ist bei den Männern allesamt schottisch gehalten, was aber auch sehr gut passt.
