Arbeitslosigkeit an die Unternehmen. Diese werden dann direkt von den jeweiligen Jobcentern oder Ämtern an die Firmen verwiesen.
Für Menschen in ALG-2 Bezug gibt es meist nur die Entscheidungsmöglichkeit: Entweder Zeitarbeit oder kein Geld mehr.
Dies kann sich natürlich zu einer gehörigen Belastung für die jeweiligen Menschen entwickeln.

Reguläre Arbeitsverhältnisse? Vielleicht.

Natürlich gibt es auch nach der Zeitarbeit das Problem, das die Menschen die dort zeitweise tätig gewesen sind, nicht unbedingt sofort wieder in einen reguläres Arbeitsverhältnis zurück finden. Viele Menschen kommen direkt von der Zeitarbeit um dann von den Jobcentern und Arbeitsämtern wieder dorthin vermittelt zu werden. Dies ist ein Teufelskreis aus dem die Betroffenen nicht unbedingt ausbrechen können.
Zusammen mit dem geringeren Einkommen bei der Zeitarbeit kann dies zu einer abnehmenden Lohnspirale führen, da sich das Arbeitslosengeld aus den Einkommen der letzten Jahre berechnet.
So kommen vor allem Menschen in Bedrängnis, welche eine ganze Familie zu ernähren haben.

Dennoch gibt es die Hoffnung der Menschen, das sie über die Arbeitnehmerüberlassung übernommen werden und so wieder eine Festanstellung finden. Diese Hoffnung bestätigt sich leider nicht so oft, wie es gut wäre.
