Jul 2015 17:00:54 +0000 https://satishu.de/?p=1168 Als 2001 verkündet wurde das Marie Fredriksson, Frontfrau von Roxette an einem Hirntumor leidet, habe ich die Entwicklung der Band aus den Augen verloren. Ich habe nicht damit gerechnet, dass es weder Auftritte, noch neue Lieder oder dergleichen geben wird.

Um 2009 ist die Band dann allerdings wieder vermehrt in Erscheinung getreten und hat ein Comeback gefeiert.
Leider habe ich das damals nicht mitbekommen, ansonsten wäre ich wohl auch schon auf dem Konzert, vor 4 Jahren in München, gewesen.

Roxette selber ist eine der ersten Bands, an die ich mich erinnern kann und hat mich entsprechend geprägt. Vielleicht aus diesem Grund, oder auch wegen der losgelösten Stimmung, die auf dem Konzert herrschte, war dies das beste Konzert des Jahres. Wahrscheinlich auch dieses Jahrzehnts.

Die Olympiahalle war an dem Tag sehr gut gefüllt, wenngleich auch nicht komplett ausverkauft. Es gab noch genug Raum bei den Stehplätzen und einzelne Sitzplätze waren frei.

Das Altern des Publikums

Es wurde auch ersichtlich, dass das Publikum vermehrt älter gewesen ist und mit der Band aufgewachsen ist.
Nicht zuletzt hat man das mitbekommen, als große Teile der Lieder vom Publikum gesungen wurden, ohne dass die Band auch nur ein Instrument spielen musste.
Diese Augenblicke waren sehr bewegend.

Leider war es dann auch wieder Marie Fredriksson, die ein wenig Kummer mit in das Konzert brachte, da sie meist zwar stark und kräftig gesungen hat, aber ansonsten sich nicht bewegt hatte. Später wurde ihr dann von den anderen Band-Mitgliedern von der Bühne geholfen.

Später habe ich dann erfahren, das es sich wohl um einen verstauchten Knöchel handelte. Alles also halb so wild.

Sollte sich die Gelegenheit bieten, so sollte jeder diese großartige Band sehen.
Ich werde die Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall nutzen!
