Diesmal ging der Ausflug nach Henfenfeld, auf das Pfinzingschloss.

Alleine das Schloss und er Schlossgarten gab eine sehr gute Kulisse für einen Markt.
Dieser Markt war sehr Kontrastreich wenn man den Markt von letzter Woche (Sagenfest) daneben halten wollen würde.

Während in Kammerstein eine sehr gemütliche, familäre Atmosphäre geherrscht hat, hat im Pfinzingschloss eine mehr professionelle Atmosphäre überwogen.
Dies dient in erster Linie dem Markt zum Vorteil.
So wurde man in nahezu jedem Fall von den Ausstellern mit mittelalterlicher Sprache begrüßt. Hier gab es natürlich auch Ausnahmen, die aber absolut nichts ausgemacht haben, da auch diese sehr freundlich waren.

Da dieser Markt mit Eintritt verbunden war, war spielten auch den gesamten Tag diverse Gruppen diverse Atraktionen vor. Hier waren beispielsweise die Dudelzwerge genannt.
Besonders gut haben sich allerdings die Ritter und auch der Falkner hervorgehoben, welche mit Charme und Witz das Volk für sich vereinnahmt haben.

Hierbei ist zu sagen, das die Ritterschaft sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat dem anwesenden Volk die mittelalterliche Kampftechniken näher zu führen. Hierbei wurde vor allem mit den Filmilusionen der modernen Ritterfilmen aufgeräumt. Auch das Puplikum durfte sich daran ausprobieren eine Rüstung zu verbeulen.

Ebenfalls der Falkner hat dem Volke nicht nur seine Vögel näher gebracht, sondern auch weitere Informationen über die Falknerei und die Methoden der Jagdausbildung. Hierzu hat er ebenfalls das Publikum mittels Fragen und Antworten miteingebunden. Hierbei konnte man zum Beispiel lernen das die Tiere Greifvögel und keine Raubvögel sind. Natürlich hat er auch Aufklärung in Bezug auf den Begriff des Raubvogels geleistet. Für diejenigen die es interessiert: Der Begriff kommt laut seiner Erklärung daher das die Menschen früher geglaubt hatten, das diese Vögel kleine Kinder raubten.
Natürlich gab es auch einen Vogelflug von seinen Tieren. Hierbei ist einer der Falken erstmals abkömmlich geblieben, da er sich auf einem nahen Baum niederlassen wollte. Später kam er dann wieder freiwillig zurück.

Auch gab es für das leibliche Wohl sehr viel Auswahl und Möglichkeiten sich derer zu erquicken.
Als Beispiel sei hier das mit Putenfleisch und/oder Bohnen&Pilze gefüllte Hanftasche genannt. Auch die Teigtaschen mit Schafskäsefüllung ist empfehlenswert gewesen.
Natürlich gab es auch viele andere Dinge wie Ritterbraten, Würste, Knoblauchbrot und selbstverständlich Bier, Beeren-, Trauben-, Honigweine, Brause, Säfte und Wasser.
